Our Programmes

Three ways to work with Panthalas

Each programme is designed around a specific aspect of personal financial understanding. Sessions are delivered one-to-one, either at our Penang studio or over video.

Small Saving Pool Programme

Small Saving Pool Programme

A two-session programme for adults who want to set aside funds for recurring annual costs — road tax, insurance renewals, medical check-ups, modest gifts, or a holiday contribution. We size each pool using your own records, then review after a month of practice.

  • Two one-to-one sessions
  • Sized to your actual records
  • One-month follow-up included
  • Studio or video delivery

Why Panthalas

A considered approach to financial understanding

One-to-one delivery

Every session is arranged for a single participant or household. There is no group format, no shared classroom — your questions are the ones that matter.

Purely educational

Panthalas does not sell financial products, manage investments, or take referral fees. Our only purpose is to help you read and understand your own financial picture.

Paced for real life

Programmes are spaced to allow practice between sessions. Understanding builds in its own time — we design around that, not around a fixed syllabus pace.

Tangible printed materials

Most programmes close with a printed sheet or guide written in plain English about your own situation — something to keep, return to, and use without a screen.

Penang studio or video

Sessions can be held at our George Town studio or conducted over video for those outside Penang. Both formats follow the same careful, unhurried structure.

Discreet and private

Financial matters are personal. All sessions are held in a private setting. Notes and materials stay with the participant — nothing is shared beyond the working relationship.

Would a session be useful to you?

If any of these programmes sound like something worth exploring, a brief conversation is the natural first step. There is no commitment in an initial enquiry.

Common Questions

Questions about Panthalas

What happens during an initial enquiry? +

An initial enquiry is a short conversation — by phone, video, or email — to understand which programme might be the most appropriate fit. There is no cost for this conversation, and no obligation to proceed.

Do I need any prior financial knowledge to attend? +

No prior knowledge is assumed. Programmes begin from where you actually are. Many participants come precisely because they want to understand something they have found confusing for some time.

Will Panthalas recommend specific financial products? +

No. Panthalas is an educational service. We do not sell, recommend, or receive referral fees for any financial product. Our work is limited to helping you read and understand your own financial records and habits.

How long does each session take? +

Sessions are typically ninety minutes to two hours. The Household Shelf Engagement meetings are similar in length, spaced at three-week intervals over three months to allow practice in between.

Can sessions be held outside Penang? +

Yes. All three programmes can be delivered over video for participants in other parts of Malaysia. The process and materials are the same; only the setting differs.

How are payments handled? +

Fees are confirmed before any work begins. Payment is typically made by bank transfer. For longer engagements, a phased arrangement can be discussed. Full details are provided in writing before you commit.

Is my financial information kept private? +

Yes. Financial information shared during sessions is handled with care and is not disclosed to any third party. Our privacy practices are described in our Privacy Policy, and you are welcome to ask about them before starting.
